How do I change my personal information on my PayPal Smart Connect account? 

Here's how to change your information via a web browser:

  1. Log into your PayPal Smart Connect account.
  2. You will be transferred to the Synchrony Bank servicing site.
  3. Once on the servicing site, click Profile at the top of the page.
  4. Make the needed changes and click Save Updates.
